Festival Weekend

The Festival Weekend takes place on May 16th and 17th. (U9-U11)

  • Entry Fee – $400
  • All Teams must register through our event website.
  • Game sheets are available under the Event Documents tab. Game sheets will be reviewed at check-in/registration and should be filled out prior. 
  • Registration Deadline for the Festival and Tournament is April 6th, 2026. Payments MUST be received by this time!
  • Teams will only be considered accepted once payment and travel permit (if necessary) is received
  • The person listed as Primary contact will receive all communications.
  • All Festival Teams will be scheduled 2 games.
  • Number of divisions in each age group will be based on number of teams and team level.
  • Divisions will be posted online.
  • Final Schedules will be posted online.
  • Saturday Games will be scheduled between 8:00am – 7:00pm.
  • Sunday Games will be scheduled between 8:00am – 6:00pm.
  • Festival is open to teams aged U9-U11. 
  • U10-U11 will play 7 v 7 Festival format.
  • U9 will play 5 v 5 Festival format.
