- Required for all teams and required by your district before they can approve your travel permit

SSC Team Registration Checklist (For Accepted Teams)
Player Identification
- Player books, cards or digital roster must be shown and provided at check-in.
- We understand that each district has their own way of managing this and can accommodate any of the options listed above.
Game Sheets
- Once schedules are released, game sheets can be produced.
Will be completed manually (typed or written) by teams. - They can be filled out in advance of attending check-in but must be verified by event staff before any games are played.
Team Check-in
- It is mandatory for all teams to check in at the tournament headquarters with event staff.
- Event staff will review all team documentation and game sheets.
- Open Friday evening before the festival and tournament (times to be confirmed).
