Tournament Weekend

The Tournament Weekend takes place from May 8th to May 10th (U12-U21)

  • Entry Fee – U12 and U13  $500, $600 U14 and up
  • All Teams must register through our event website.
  • Game sheets are available under the Event Documents tab. Game sheets will be reviewed at check-in/registration and should be filled out prior. 
  • Registration Deadline for the Festival and Tournament is April 6, 2026. Payments MUST be received by this time!
  • Teams will only be considered accepted once payment and travel permit (if necessary) are recevied.
  • The person listed as Primary contact will receive all communications.
  • All tournament teams will be guaranteed to play at least 3 games.
  • Number of divisions in each age group will be based on number of teams and team level.
  • Assistant referees provided for all Semi-final and Final games.
  • Divisions will be posted online.
  • Final Schedules will be posted online.
  • Friday games will be scheduled between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm
  • Friday games are reserved for local teams only (less than 1hr travel distance).
  • Saturday Games will be scheduled between 8:00am – 7:00pm.
  • Sunday Games will be scheduled between 8:00am – 6:00pm.
  • All results will be posted online as they are reported to Headquarters.
  • For ages U12 to U21
  • U14-U21 will play 11v11
  • U12 & U13 will play 9v9
